government & public institutions

Salience has broad experience working for government clients.  Our work has included the creation of the Oman Broadband Company as part of a project for the Oman Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC), and in Saudi where we executed a project for the Ministry of the Interior to improve the supply-chain of a national TETRA deployment.

Our work for the government of Serbia helping to define an optimal national broadband programme helps the government understand future funding requirements of fibre infrastructure and the likely impact on the country’s competitiveness and GDP.

We understand that government projects tend to have slightly different drivers than projects in the private sector and we plan the execution of government projects to accommodate intensive stakeholder management and more inclusive deliverable review cycles.  We are sensitive to different working cultures as well and will tailor our delivery plans to meet the complexities of the client’s working culture.
